UTILITIES & SERVICES PROVIDED WITHIN THE VILLAGE
Waste Collection - See schedule to the left.  Solid Waste management services are contracted with FL Refuse.

Water - The Village treats and meters water for its residents.  If you have a question about your water bill or service contact the Clerk.

Street Lights - The Village provides lighting for public streets and public property.  To report a lighting outage on public property please contact the Clerk.

Code Enforcement - The Village contracts with Polk County for code enforcement.  To report violations call 863-534-6733.

Building Permits - The Village must first review and approve any building permits prior to submission to Polk County.  Contact the City Manager regarding the application process.

Tuesday & Friday
"Backdoor" service.
Recycling:
Thursdays
Leave recycling container curbside for collection.
Brush/Yardwaste:
Thursday
Piles not to exceed 4 ft high and 6 ft long.  Bag leaves and small clippings.
